Volunteer Services
Marriage and Family Therapy Interns: Mercer University lends us these students to provide therapeutic services to patients and families as well as grief counseling to our bereaved families.
Inpatient volunteers: Many of our volunteers are found at the Inpatient Unit. They provide front-office support and companionship to patients who are experiencing acute symptoms or feeling lonely.
Homecare volunteers: We at Harbor Grace also have volunteers available who can visit patients in their homes to provide companionship or to sit with a patient for a brief period while a loved one at- tends to matters outside of the home.
